hear ye, hear ye,
be it known
that on this day
i birthed this blog:
an outlet to vent
my wild-eyed rantings
a source to disclose
metaphysical ramblings
a place to digress
from a mundane reality
an outpost to check
on a world of calamity
you might care if you're there
and engage me in dialogue
and if it's just me
then i'm right in my element
this planet's a big lonely place
there's no question
if you stop by my space
then i'd love your suggestion
on everything big
from the earth to the stars
and the tiny details
from the moon on to mars
while the last thing on earth
that this universe needs
is another man's thoughts
on the nature of deeds
the second to last
and the first on man's mind
is a silent cold void
with no ending in time
